I am extremely happy that you are conducting the 2nd ATICON conference after the first ATICON was a grand success. I have been associated with Dr R Narasimhan and Raj B Singh in Apollo hospitals for a very long time and we have been close friends. The chairman and the administration have been extremely helpful to us and made us grow in our career. Newer Pulmonologist Sundararajan, AR Gayatri, Babu Abraham, Ilango, Balaprakash and Jebin have joined and enriched the department. From the time I started Thoracic Surgery and Bronchoscopy, lots of development have taken place and in the fields of Anesthesia, Interventional radiology, Pathology, Oncology and Radiation Oncology.
In the field of Thoracic Surgery, keyhole surgery like Uniportal VATS and Robotic Surgery have come a long way.
You are having a very smart team comprising of Ajay, Sridhar and Ria to help you.
